My background is in accounting and consulting. For over sixteen years, I worked inside complex systems — helping organizations create structure, reduce inefficiency, and design sustainable processes.
But when I became part of a blended household of six, I realized something shocking:
Traditional financial advice assumes one household, one value structure, and one reinforcement pattern. Blended families don’t operate that way. Different homes. Different norms. Same children.
Without structure, tension rises quickly. I knew I had to translate my professional skills into my home environment.
The Real Problem Wasn’t Money.
It was inconsistency.

What I saw wasn’t financial mismanagement. I saw missing systems.
And when systems are missing, even strong families feel unstable. So I stopped trying to correct behavior, and I started designing structure.
